I am very fortunate and blessed to have entered the Real Estate Industry. Graduating from Herriot-Watt University of Edinburgh in Civil Engineering with Honours, the degree built a solid foundation which primed me to succeed and thrive in this competitive industry.

Having initially spent twelve years in a Multi-National Company dealing with Paints, I was provided with many opportunities, starting with sales roles, and eventually given the rare opportunity of a Marketing role, spearheading a brand new Customer Segment. Starting with minimal resources, I expanded the customer base from nothing to more than 2000 Interior Designers. While I did not possess Marketing expertise or background, the challenges faced pushed me to develop my skills through on-the-job training.

These experiences were immensely helpful in being a top realtor in Singapore, as I was able to apply analytics and observations of market trends, opportunities and threats, in order to minimise financial risks and avoid pitfalls. I also gained a greater understanding of customers’ perspectives and needs.

I went into the real estate industry as I had strong passion in interacting and servicing my real estate clients. That, along with my attention to detail, pays off well as many clients have expressed their gratitude for my services, and frequently return to seek my advice.

The past eight years in the Real Estate Industry have blessed me with an abundance of opportunities to realise my own potential, as well as harness my experience to aid those around me. These include family members, who frequently seek advice in decision making, as well as clients aiming to achieve their financial goals, such as early retirement planning. I truly believe that in helping others, I will improve upon my skillsets as well.

I always push myself in taking up new challenges in different fields to diversify my skills. I also strongly believe in grooming the next generation of elites of this industry. I advocate that everyone should give back to the community wherever possible, through passing down knowledge from one generation to the next.

Protecting Clients’ Interest – We believe in having robust systems in place to ensure that the process of property search and research in prices are analysed and presented to clients. Additionally, researching future land use plans will empower clients with greater long-term visibility.

As a Division Leader, I strive to help my team members achieve their personal targets and lead fulfilling careers. I believe that regardless of the size of the transaction, as long as it positively impacts clients, personal achievements and results will follow.

Personally, my proudest achievement as a top realtor in Singapore was when a client-turned-friend sought my assistance on purchasing a prestigious property in Orchard Road, worth $6.5 million. This deal was forged out of honesty, integrity, and transparency; as I shared candidly about each property based on facts and figures, advising objectively instead of being pushy. This helps my clients make informed, prudent decisions, which they highly appreciate.

Nonetheless, I feel that the most meaningful deals are with clients whom I’ve completed multiple deals with. I served one such client, even further extending to his entire family. He also brought many referrals as he actively shared about his property investment success. Helping my clients achieve financial freedom and positively impacting their lives gives me great satisfaction as one of the top realtor in Singapore.
